In 1990, CNN International Latin America (Panam Sat 1) broadcast 22 hours a day of CNN USA programming, 1 hour of Headline News broadcasts and the 1 hour of the Noticiero Telemundo CNN newscasts in Spanish.

Larry King Live was replaced Monday through Friday by HN and N-T-CNN. This compilations captures the transition between shows as well as classic CNN promos as it celebrated 10 years of growth.
