California restaurant hired fake priest to spy on employees

A California Mexican restaurant chain hired a fake priest to attempt to get confessions from its employees, according to the California Department of Labor. The restaurant is now being forced to pay $140,000 in back wages and damages to 35 workers. NBC’s Niala Charles explains.
