DHS lost track of 177,000 migrants in the U.S.

An internal watchdog for the Department of Homeland Security has found that the agency had lost track or did not have address records for 177,000 migrants in a 17-month period. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley has details on the report and concerns about DHS’ ability to track migrants once they cross the border.
