AP is live outside a court in Van Nuys, California, for a hearing on the Menendez brothers case. Inside, a judge will hear a petition from the attorneys of Erik and Lyle Menendez, who are currently serving life sentences for the 1989 shotgun murders of their parents in their Beverly Hills home.
