Sky News host Liz Storer says Australians are “wisening up” to the ABC being a “state propaganda arm” as it faces allegations of being racist.
Antionette Lattouf, a Lebanese-Australian who was dumped as a fill-in radio host over Christmas for her anti-Israel posts on social media, alleges she was sacked because of her ethnicity.
‘This is why it is disheartening to not only witness the horrendous treatment of people of colour by the ABC over the years, but now to personally — and so publicly — feel its wrath,’ she said.
“The good news is Aussies do seem to be wisening up to the state propaganda arm that the ABC is,” Ms Storer told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“When you look at their radio share, just over the last three years, in Melbourne, it’s plummeted by 40 per cent … and plummeted by 35 per cent in Sydney.
“People are voting with their feet – they’ve had enough of this rubbish.”
