How ABC's digital plan will cut AM radio and TV channels by 2028

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has announced its five-year plan to transition towards digital transmission. The plan includes reducing the number of AM radio stations and programs, and broadcast TV channels by 2028. The managing director of ABC, David Anderson, said that the number of live radio programs and TV channels will be reduced over the next few years because technology is changing media.
