RICH TVXAMERICAPrivacy policy
RICH TVX America News has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising profiles. We do not sell or share personal data.
Who is responsible
International Software Solutions LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, USA. Contact: legal@richtvx.us.
What our server records
Like every web server, ours writes technical log lines (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site running and to defend it against attacks (CERBERUS). Logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify readers.
Stored on your device
Only your own settings: whether sound effects are on and whether PAUL reads along. They stay in your browser.
PAUL’s voice
When you ask PAUL to read, the text of that report is sent to our network’s voice service on richtvx.com. No personal data is sent with it.
Live TV
The live player is a YouTube player. Nothing from YouTube loads until you tap play; after that, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Content from other services
Satellite images load from Esri (server.arcgisonline.com). Links to official websites, C-SPAN and Google Maps open their own sites under their own terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at legal@richtvx.us.
